Scott Wilfling

Operations Manager

Raised in Colorado, Scott has lived in Montana since 1994 after partaking in a summer internship within Glacier National Park in which he quickly knew Montana was to be his mountain home. Scott comes with a strong background in hospitality management and over 13 years of property management experience in Big Sky Country. Scott met his wife Allison here in Montana. They have a seven year old daughter, Bella…with another child on the way in August of 2016. When not working they enjoy everything that Montana has to offer to the outdoor enthusiast.

Amy Hunter


Born and raised in Southern Idaho, Amy has been visiting and skiing Big Sky since childhood.  Her previous work a Non-Profit Director provides Amy the experience and skill set to take on the challenges of Property Management Accounting.  When not working, Amy enjoys skiing, reading and working with children and families learning the English language.

Shellie Cavazos

Executive Housekeeper

Growing up skiing Little Cottonwood Canyon when a lift ticket was $8.00, Shellie has spent her life living, working and playing in the Rocky Mountain West.  With over thirty years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Shellie has a true passion for working with people, an eye for detail, and professional service. A seasoned outdoors person Shellie enjoys skiing, hiking, camping and Salsa dancing in her free time.

Chris Wilson

Property Manager

Chris came to Big Sky in 1997 from Virginia, to spend just one winter after college. He met his wife, Vanessa, that first season and never left. Together they have 3 kids, Sara, Carly, and James and are busy keeping up with them. Chris worked as a ski instructor for 12 years at Big Sky and YC. He has been working in property management the last 10 years at Moonlight Basin and YC. While not working, he enjoys camping with the family, cycling, fly fishing and playing guitar.
