Defective or Damaged Products If a product is defective or damaged in transit, you may return your order at our expense for a full refund or replacement, including shipping. You must call or email within 20 days of receiving your product to let us know you will be returning it so that we can send you a return label. All Other Returns Products that are not defective or damaged may be returned for any other reason if you notify us within 20 days of receipt that you are returning the product. You will receive a refund for the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. Products must be returned in excellent condition in original packaging with all tags intact. We do not accept returns of products purchased at another store. We will not issue a refund for products returned more than 45 days after the initial shipment. We do not accept returns of bedding products, including quilts, blankets, and linens, which have been slept on or have been washed unless the product is defective or under manufacturer's warranty. Custom orders, special orders, gift certificates, and clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. A Note about Tobacco Smoke Tobacco smoke readily enters the fibers of quilts and other textiles, causing them to smell of smoke, and possibly causing discoloration and weakening of fibers. If you intend to return one of our products, please do not keep the product in an area where it is likely to come into contact with smoke (the plastic bags and boxes will not protect a product from smoke infiltration). Nondefective products which are returned to us smelling of tobacco smoke will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued for these products. Please contact us for a return label or return authorization before returning merchandise. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITH OUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OF YOUR RETURN FROM WESTERN-HOME.COM. Products shipped directly back to a manufacturer without prior authorization from Western-Home.com may be shipped back to you at your expense. We will not issue a refund or exchange if the original product is not returned, unless the shipping service has lost it (verified by tracking number and delivery confirmation slip).
